Little Cottage Brewery Releases 2015

These continue Jon Shari's experiments with beer in 2015 as a homebrewer. There are thirteen beers (as of 2025.12.06) that were submitted to Untappd (and yes, you can create a "homebrewer" style account and post beer reviews there) - I'm not sure if there were other beers for this year - I'll update the list as I get more information. These are by submission date and with any notes if I have them. 

2015.01.25 illūmināre - Farmhouse Ale - Saison 7.3%

2015.03.25 Kaveh Kanes (Vanilla Latte) Bourbon & Oak Aged Stout 9.5%

2015.04.01 Anthem of Our Own (Strawberry) Farmhouse Ale - Saison 4.5%

2015.04.08 A Love Letter From Space - Farmhouse Ale, Saison 4.3% (blue label, no wax)

2015.04.10 Barrel Aged Island of Lost Souls - Stout - Imperial/Double 12.5% (no wax, white label "Copra Caceo")

2015.04.25 Fraises Sauvage - Farmhouse Ale - Saison 6.2%

2015.06.03 Anthem of Our Own (Raspberry) - Sour - Other 4.5%

** 2016.07.01 Raspberry Meringue - Fruit Beer 7.5% Southern Brewing Company and Catch 22 Collaboration

2015.08.15 Pêches Farmhouse Ale - Saison 4.7%

2015.09.05 Cobra Kai (Rye Whiskey Barrel) - Stout - Imperial/Double 11.5% (black cobra label, no wax)

2015.09.06 Cobra Kai W/Cherries (Rye Whiskey Barrel) - Stout - Imperial/Double 11.5%

2015.09.30 Wax Off - Stout - Imperial/Double 9.5% (yellow label no wax)

2015.09.30 Anthem of Our Own w/blackberries - Sour - Other 4.8%

2015.11.21 Anthem of Our Own (dry hopped) - Wild Ale - American 4.5% (black label, no wax)

2015.12.10 Mug Life - Stout - Imperial/Double 10% (white label no wax)

 

I'm not sure if these were only kegged or offered in bottles (most likely the latter using bottle conditioning) - it's doubtful that they were labeled (in later years Jon would sometimes bottle with a handwritten scrawl on the bottle).
